I got the vegetable sheet cutter attachment for my kitchenaid mixer to try and make some healthier recipes. I love it! It connects easily to the mixer cuts the sheets at the thickness I need. I have used it to cut sheets and then make sweet potato chips and apple chips. It's also easy to clean up when finished. It's been a great way to start including some healthier items into our diet. I would highly recommend this attachment.

I love using this attachment on hard vegetables such as kohlrabi, winter squash, carrots, etc. I haven't had much luck with zucchini and it's been hit or miss with cucumbers. Any dish that requires tortillas, noodles or wraps works great with sheeted veggies. I'm very happy with the sheet cutter attachment.

We have been eating many more veggies since I bought the Kitchen Aid Vegetable Sheet Cutter.This sheet cutter is built sturdy and durable allowing a lot of versatility that will deliver great results for a long period of time. This is totally easy to connect to your kitchen aid , just unscrew the bolt and plate on the front and it pops right in. This cutter comes with two blades, one for a thicker cut and one for a thinner cut. The slicer works effortlessly and the speed of cutting was amazingly fast. It helps in my attempts to limit pasta and such foods in general.

If you like zoodles or sliced carrots or really any vegetable in a sliced form, this machine is perfect for you! I had an issue with store bought zoodles going bad quickly and since you can do this in your own home now, it lasts longer!

This takes your veggies to a whole different level! My kids did not even know they had zucchini sheets in the lasagna! Thankfully, it is easy to attach and use. I plan on using this on squash and pumpkin too! Layering veggies is a great activity to do with children because it is so fun!

KitchenAid brings us another high quality product. This is an innovative attachment for a KitchenAid stand mixer. Of course, you need to already own the stand mixer. From there, you just need your imagination (or some ideas from Google, haha!) about all the ways this can be used. Its a fairly large attachment with all the pieces and everything (the box weighs several pounds), and has everything you need to make super thin veggie (or fruit) sheets. Seems like it will last a good long time, as KitchenAid products tend to.

My daughter-in-law is a vegetarian and the rest of us are meat eaters. When I bought this I thought it was a pretty cool idea to come up with dishes that we could make that would be something she would like. We've had so much fun! We made a lasagna with zucchini as the noodles, we've made a potato dish, and the pies are to die for. Again, not only do we now have the cool factor, it is so much fun as well. Way to go KithchenAid!

got it for bday present and i am absolutly in love. We made vegetable lasaña with it. 100% keto, no pasta and it tasted amazing.
you need to find big as vegetables to work this, I would really like to make the holding core smaller so you can use more of the vegetable but it is still an awesome product and I can't wait to do apple pie with sheet apples instead of slices

Kitchen Aid never seems to disappoint. This attachment is so much fun and easy to use. This attachment makes for opening a whole new way of recipe ideas. Can slice up wraps for sandwiches, vegetable sushi, decorative garnishing, etc. The kids also love a new way of eating fruits and vegetables, makes it more interesting. This contraption was interesting to me but turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. There is so much food waste after a yield of a single ribbon of usable vegetable. The unused core of zucchini for example is about 1" in diameter. I suppose it could be used as filler in a salad or something but that requires yet another dish to plan.

I waited to use this product and now I'm thinking of new ways to use this daily. Tried various fruits and veggies to test it out and suddenly my kid was all interested in eating! Like that I didn't have to pre peel anything and it's cuts it all in one continuous link. the thick was the kids favorite for apples, but I like the cut on thick for potatoes and zucchinni. For safety the blade won't get too close to your food so it does leave a middle core. But that leaves very little behind. Use of the part was super simple, only tip I have is install the black piece on to the attachment first then hook on your food. I really feel like I was missing out and love the ideas I'm having to utilize it. Plus kid friendly fruits and veggie was a hidden plus

Happy with the veggie sheet cutter for zucchini. Setting up was easier than I thought and it worked quickly. I enjoyed the easy clean up and the box is perfect for storage too. I used the thin slicer and it worked really well. I cooked the zucchini sheets in the microwave with S&P, garlic and butter. Turned out awesome. I need to get the ingredients for a lasagna because I can tell it will be yummy! Glad I got it and sure I'll use it weekly. I do wish a cookbook and more suggestions we're included. I need to try some other veggies.

This works amazing. The cut is perfect... If you want thick cut it can do that. If you want thin cut it can do that too. Personally I used to thin out to make veggie chips! The thick one worked perfect. The only down fall with this product was that the instructions were very little! But I was able to figure it out.

I thought this would be a great addition to my Kitchenaide library, however it does not work as shown. I followed the directions very carefully, trying to cut zucchini to make lasagna. After several attepts ilI gave up because instead of cutting the zucchini the turning made a hole in the center of the vegetable and then it would not turn properly therefore it would not cut at all.

I was finally able to use this attachment and was a bit skeptical but it proved me wrong. Easy to put together and use, just be careful as the blades are sharp. I demoed the tool on a cucumber and it made a perfect sheet. Will be using this a lot. Great product.

I bought this for my partner on a whim. We make zoodles all the time, so I was curious if we could try something a bit different while still staying healthy. What I didn't expect was how FAST this thing works! It cuts sheets so fast we actually use it a lot more than we ever thought we would! A fun way to change things up on a week night. I've had a Kitchen Aid mixer on my counter for 17 years and the vegetable sheet cutter attachment took it to the next level!!! I used a YouTube video to set it up for the first time but now it's quite simple. I can quickly and easily make sheets of cucumber for vegetable "spring rolls", zucchini for mock noodles to be used in lasagna or stuffed "rigatoni", or sweet/regular potatoes for the most glorious chips! It is very safe, as your fingers do not get anywhere near the blade when you are cutting the veggies. The only downfall is that it does leave a portion of uncut vegetable on the spinner. For me though, I'll take that one small downside because the product is so efficient, simple to clean and safe to use! Bring on the veggies!!! I'm now ready to make them all into sheets!

When I got this I actually had no idea what I was going to do with it but since I had never had an attachment for my kitchen aid I wanted to give it a try. First off this is totally easy to connect to your kitchen aid , just unscrew the bolt and plate on the front and it pops right in. The instructions were easy with pictures and took me about 2 minutes to hook it all up. It includes two adapters, one for hard foods like potatoes and apples and one for soft like cucumbers and zucchini. There are also two sliced options that are either 1.3mm thick or 1.8mm thick. The first thing I put on was an apple and set it to speed number 2- it recommends that for whatever you are doing. It took about 20 seconds to slice a large apple. So fast!! We tried to video it and honestly it was almost too quick lol. It came off in beautiful sheets and dropped nicely on the plate. My kids grabbed it right away and thought it was super fun to eat that way. Hoping the same will go for veggies! We're also think we can use this to slice apples to dehydrate for future snacks! I'm just so excited about all the things you can do with this and would absolutely recommend it. Seriously it's so fun and easy and if it makes the kids eat healthy food then I am on board!

In my attempts to limit pasta and such foods in general, I came across this fantastic vegetable/fruit sheet cutter. I've had my kitcheAid mixer going on 36 years now. Such an amazing, reliable appliance and I love how they continue to produce new attachments to make this so useful.
The sheet cutter is great with zucchini, especially now with the garden overflowing and works just as well with cucumbers, sweet potatoes and apples. You're probably only limited by your imagination. Love it!!

Love how it thinly sliced vegetables. I can mame pretty roses out of cucumbers, peppers. I am now making spring rolls makes it easier to roll up. I've had this vegetable sheet cutter for about 3 weeks and it's just been so innovative and awesome! I am on keto so I've had to get creative replacing my pasta with low carb veggies. I've been trying new recipes left and right with the sheet cutter. I've made zucchini lasagna, eggplant pies, meat filled squash turnovers. Cleanup is pretty easy, this attachment has actually made me use my stand mixer more often and I've just recently left it on the counter because I've been using it so much. Attaching is pretty simple, it's sturdy with a nice weight to it. I know some were saying there is a lot of veggie left after sheeting but I just dice up what isn't sheeted and add it to my filling, nothing wasted! This is a great attachment, I love it!!

So I've had the spiralizer attachment for a few years and use it pretty often, but when it comes to making Veggie Lasagna, I was stuck making a difficult slice with a sharp nice (which resulted in "noodles" that were too thick) or my mandolin, which I routinely cut my hand with because you can't use the gripper thing that comes with it when slicing a long vegetable like a zucchini... it also often gets jammed up and creates messy/uneven noodles. This attachment goes on my mixer easily and makes PERFECT noodles! Much like the spiralizer, you need to choose your vegetables carefully, the straighter & more symmetrical the vegetable, the better this is going to go for you. You also need to be very careful to get the vegetable centered when you load it or you will waste a lot of it. This worked great for store bought zucchini & summer squash, but some of the more irregular farmers market ones would not fare well. Fat sweet potatoes do not fit on here, you need to buy skinnier more cylindrical ones but so far they are my favorite to make a big wide noodle with and toss with butter & sage. I feel like this would also be a great way to prep things for the dehydrator or to make fancy garnishes with. Overall, really satisfied with this, I think probably the best way to go about getting a sheet of veggies and very user friendly. Not that I needed another reason to love my kitchenaid but happy to have one!

I like the idea of trying new things, like a veggie sheet cutter! This is a very well built devise that attaches to the power head of a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. It only takes a moment to assemble the few parts and it's read to peal. I would say the only trick to it is to push the skewer through the veg of choice. Once that is done, power up and peal. Clean up is easy and minimal.

This is one of the most innovative attachments I've ever used on my Kitchen Aid mixer. I make a lot of pasta dishes and add loads of vegetables to my dishes. I used cucumbers, squash, potatoes, peaches, plums and pears and successfully sliced these food items into consistent, even with little effort! It takes a bit to comprehend the instructions, but once you begin the process, it comes very naturally. When you process vegetables, it's best if you purchase them in lengths of 6 inches or less and wide, if available. For instance, if you buy an 8- or 10-inch length cucumber, you will want to cut it up into sections of 4 inches or less so it can be easily mounted on the attachment.
If you are making quiches or lasagna, the processor does an outstanding job of processing slim sheets of vegetables. The best part of the processing is that it's so easy and efficient with little effort on my end. You can adjust the size and width of the vegetable or fruit slice. Kitchen Aid promotes the attachment for creating all types of pasta and it had no problems making different size of noodles.
The main component parts are plastic and after processing vegetables and fruits, the components are very easy to clean and service. This sheet cutter is built sturdy and durable allowing a lot of versatility that will deliver great results for a long period of time. I rate this Kitchen Aid attachment a 5-STAR rating. It is a great investment for your mixer.

This product is so much fun to use. Very well made and easy to use. Looks great but works even better. It fits all KitchenAide stand mixers and uses the motor on the mixer to work. It's great for veggie wraps. It makes very thin slices which is what i wanted. It's hard to slice thin slices without cutting myself and still not thin enough. I use this alot and enjoy it very much. I would recommend this to anyone.

I finally used the attachment to slice zucchini into sheets to use to make low-carb enchiladas. It worked all right at first, but as the vegetable became soft inside the skewer failed to turn properly. During the cleaning process, I sliced a finger rather badly while trying to dry the blade attachment (best to air dry!!) I wish I had a better experience with it. When my finger heals, I'm going to try slicing sweet potatoes.

I got this product about a month ago and it works great. it is very well built and easy to install on my KitchenAid blender. this vegetable cutter is very easy to use and easy to clean. I would recommend this product to anyone

I was expecting nothing less than greatness from this vegetable sheet cutter attachment. Again, I was not disappointed! All KitchenAid products are great and easy to use, but I had never used anything like this before. I have never even made homemade pasta. I looked up a recipe online for sweet potato wraps. They were awesome! This was so user friendly, it didn't take any time to whip these up. The best thing is, it will encourage me to cook and eat healthier. Well made and easy to clean!

I'm still learning about all the functions of my KitchenAid but I'm absolutely loving this attachment! I've had it for two days and so far I've made a lasagna using sheets of zuccini, Apple sheets rolled up with peanut butter and cucumber sheets rolled up with cream cheese and dill. I Love that it allows me to feed my family healthier options that still taste amazing. Its so fun and easy to use that I look for different things that can be made into sheets just so I can use it!

This is amazing!!!! I made 4 zucchini sheets tonight and it was so fast and easy!! The instructions were easy to follow and only took a few minutes to master!! It will make it so much easier to make flowers out of zucchini for decorations!!! Would definitely recommend to a friend!!

This item is amazing. I've wanted to start getting some add-ons for my kitchenaid for a while and this is my first. First thing I noticed is how solidly made this is. Just like the mixer itself. There is a thin and a thick blade. Just to test it out I put a potato in there and thin sliced it. I could totally use this to make some awesome potato chips. I'm also going to start using this to make wraps from zucchini. This is an attachment I recommend to anyone that is a fruit and vegetable lover.

I recently obtained a Kitchen Aid Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment. This is a very useful item. It attaches to a Kitchen Aid Mixer with the purpose of slicing vegetables for use as wraps,sandwiches and sheets of veggies. We use this for many different types of neat ideas.
